Brickstables House

Brickstables House was purchased by Francois and Wilma Rossouw in 2007. With the help of David Snaith and Nicola Wombwell, planning permission was granted to change this Grade II listed farmhouse into a discerning private dental practice in April 2007. Byford & Cheeseman were the builders who worked very closely with David, Nicola and Wilma. They completed to a very high standard even though they were under great pressure to be ready and operational on the 15th August 2007. We opened the doors, and since then, have never looked back.

Great detail has been paid to sympathetically restore the period features in the house. We opened all the original fireplaces, two original wells and exposed the beams. The original 15th Century staircase in the Beauty Room is a feature, complete with warm Farrow and Ball heritage colours and French oak floors.

Two extensions were added; the sun lounge, with the purpose-built Cone Beam Scanner Room, and a reception / entrance room for the Beauty Studio.

Exclusive Africa Ltd, is also part of Brickstables House as Wilma Rossouw has an office on the first floor. Wilma has been in the Southern African Travel Industry for the past 22 years, and Francois has had many happy patients returning from warm, relaxing African safaris over the years.
