François graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1979 and has been practising in the United Kingdom since 1983, balancing his early professional years with competing in sport at an international level. Over the course of more than three decades, he has cultivated an exceptional depth of expertise, particularly in full‑mouth rehabilitation, where his clinical precision and holistic approach have earned him a distinguished reputation.

With a special interest in orthopaedics and orthodontics, François has lectured internationally on facial growth, sharing his knowledge in the UK, USA, Mexico, and South Africa. His work in the field of TMD has attracted patients from around the world, many of whom travel specifically to Brickstables to benefit from his highly specialised care.

François remains committed to staying at the forefront of his profession, undertaking extensive postgraduate training across the UK, Europe, and the USA to ensure his patients receive the most advanced, evidence‑based treatment available.

He is available at the practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, where his expertise, calm confidence, and meticulous attention to detail continue to define the exceptional standard of care we provide.

Hennie specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the gums and supporting tissues, bringing exceptional clinical insight to every case he oversees. With extensive experience in the placement of dental implants, patients benefit from the confidence and precision of a true expert. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pretoria in 1979, followed by an Honours postgraduate degree in Oral Medicine and Periodontics in 1985.

Alongside his private practice work in Pretoria, Hennie lectured part‑time at the University of Pretoria, sharing his specialist knowledge with the next generation of clinicians. In 1996, he expanded his expertise internationally, bringing his skills in Periodontics to both the UK and Tanzania.

As a GDC‑registered Specialist Periodontist, Hennie is qualified to perform advanced and complex procedures including soft tissue grafting, sinus augmentation, periodontal surgery, implant placement, and full‑arch all‑on‑four treatments. He has been providing these specialist services at Brickstables since 2007, where his meticulous approach and calm, assured manner have earned him the trust of patients and colleagues alike.

Hennie is available at the practice on Tuesdays, offering specialist care with the highest level of precision and professionalism.

Dr Swart studied medicine at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, beginning his career with extensive rotations across multiple hospital departments, including Anaesthetics. These early years provided a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of patient care in complex medical environments.

After relocating to the UK in 2003, he developed a particular interest in Emergency Medicine. Over the following 12 years as an A&E doctor, he gained significant experience performing emergency procedures on sedated patients, further refining his assured approach he is known for today. Alongside his clinical duties, he taught medical students, nurses, and junior doctors, and has consistently maintained his advanced training through Resuscitation Council (UK) courses including ALS, APLS, and ATLS.

In 2008, Dr Swart expanded his expertise into dental sedation, working within NHS referral centres and regularly providing private sedation services on Harley Street and other prestigious locations. His commitment to excellence in patient safety and comfort has made him a trusted presence in the field.

Since 2014, he has served as an Honorary Lecturer at University College London, sharing his extensive knowledge with postgraduate students. His broader medical interests have included working as a ship’s doctor aboard the Queen Mary II and serving as a Forensic Medical Examiner for the Metropolitan Police—roles that reflect both his versatility and his dedication to high‑level clinical practice.

Edyta graduated from the Medical University of Białystok in Poland in 2001 and has since built an impressive career shaped by over two decades of clinical experience. Her passion for orthodontics developed early, leading her to pursue extensive additional training that enables her to offer a wide range of advanced orthodontic treatments, including comprehensive orthodontics, Six Month Smiles, and clear aligner therapy.

Her commitment to excellence extends into cosmetic and implant dentistry. Edyta completed advanced training at The British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry in Leeds and is an active member of the International Team for Implantology, reflecting her dedication to staying at the forefront of modern dental techniques.

As a recognised Lumineers provider, Edyta offers patients the opportunity to enhance their smiles with minimal impact on natural tooth structure. Amy is a highly skilled and approachable dentist committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centred care. A graduate of King’s College London, she continued her clinical development at Guy’s Hospital before gaining extensive experience across both NHS and private practices. Her calm, reassuring manner and thoughtful approach make her a trusted choice for patients seeking high‑quality, personalised dentistry.

Listening closely to her patients’ goals is at the heart of Amy’s philosophy. She is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and offers a comprehensive range of treatments including composite bonding, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, and medical‑grade skincare. Muney is an experienced Dental Surgeon at Brickstables Dental & Implant Clinic, bringing a meticulous, minimally invasive approach to both general and cosmetic dentistry. A graduate of King’s College London, his background spans private practice, hospital Oral & Maxillofacial Units, and Military Dental Care, giving him extensive experience in complex clinical work.

He has a strong passion for cosmetic smile design, offering aligner treatment, whitening, composite bonding, and restorative solutions such as veneers and white fillings for worn teeth. His focus is always on creating natural, harmonious results tailored to each patient.

Committed to continual development, Muney has completed a Master’s degree in Primary Dental Care and the prestigious Advanced Dental Seminars (ADS) Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry Course, ensuring he remains at the forefront of modern techniques.

Dr Riz Syed qualified at the Royal London Hospital and began his career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery before moving into specialist surgical practice. He went on to complete extensive postgraduate training in both implant and restorative dentistry, including advanced programmes at the Royal College of Surgeons and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His training across the USA and Europe includes advanced soft‑ and hard‑tissue management, as well as oral plastic surgery in Dallas, Texas.

With over 20 years of experience in full‑arch rehabilitation, Riz is one of the UK’s leading surgeons in immediate same‑day teeth (All‑on‑Four/Six), trans‑nasal, and zygomatic implant treatment for patients with severe bone loss. As a national implant mentor, he has trained hundreds of clinicians and is frequently consulted on complex treatment planning.

Riz is an international lecturer with a special interest in All‑on‑X loading protocols and is recognised globally as a key opinion leader in zygomatic, pterygoid, and Nazalus implant techniques.
